To be an effective leader , one must balance personal character with strategic execution ( hoe you lead ) . while qualities are the foundation , your leadership style is the tool you use to achieve results.

1. Integrity: The bedrock of leadership .doing the right thing even when no one is watching builds the trust necessary for a team to function.
